Funding is currently available to assist with management and protection of threatened ecological communities in the South West NRM region. The threatened ecological communities in the South West NRM area have been mapped regionally and include:


Brigalow Ecological Community

Weeping Myall Woodlands

Semi-evergreen vine thickets of the Brigalow Belt

Great Artesian Basin Springs Wetlands (Eulo Artesian Springs)

Natural Grasslands of the Queensland Central Highlands

and the northern Fitzroy Basin (Bluegrass sp.)
