> Tenders Online™ will not be liable for any losses or damages which may result from:
Access to material or information available on Tenders Online & trade; or use of such material or information; the provision by Tenders Online & trade; of information and/or evidence of Tenders Online's & trade; monitoring of the service to third parties or government or law enforcement agencies;

Refund Policy

> Tendersonline withholds the right to refund any monies that have been collected from you by downloading tender documents. Unless of system failure in which you have not received the documents, or you have already been charge for the documents. In this case Reed Information Services will refund all monies back to your credit card within 14 working days.
